- Company names are stored encrypted and are not shown publicly or to other contributors.
- Contributor-facing company rows use aliases plus bucketed industry, region, and engineering headcount instead of company names.
- AI Spend Index may reject, remove, or request clarification on submissions that appear inaccurate, fraudulent, or incomplete.
4. Prohibited use
- You may not attempt to identify any contributor behind a pseudonymous row.
- You may not scrape, bulk-export, or systematically extract contributor-only data.
- You may not use the service to coordinate pricing, hiring, or other competitive conduct.
- You may not resell, republish, or redistribute contributor-only benchmark views without written permission.
